High Hope INT'L Group Jiangsu Medicines and Health Products IMP & EXP CORP Ltd. was established in 1973. Its predecessor was Jiangsu Branch of China National Chemical Machinery, Hardware and Mineral Import and Export Corporation, and it was one of the first provincial-level professional foreign trade companies established during the early opening of Jiangsu ports. After decades of reform and development, it is now a second tier company specializing in pharmaceutical and medical product business under SOHO Holdings Group, a large enterprise group under Jiangsu Province.
The company has a high industry status and market influence in the pharmaceutical field, and is the vice chairman unit of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products, the vice chairman unit of the Nanjing Pharmaceutical Circulation Industry Association, and the vice chairman unit of the International Public Market Procurement Working Committee of the China Medical Insurance Chamber of Commerce. The company has product operation license qualifications such as "Drug Operation License", "Medical Device Operation License", "Food Operation License", "Hazardous Chemical Operation License", "Pesticide Operation License", "Veterinary Drug Operation License", etc. It has passed ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO13485 (Medical Device Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and Radiation Safety License certifications, and some medical device products have been filed with the US FDA.

With the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Government, the provincial trading state-owned enterprise will undergo restructuring and merge into Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd., which is now a secondary enterprise specializing in medical products within the group
